What is the check in/out process?
Because the safety of the children is of first importance, all children must be checked in and out of their classrooms by their parent, legal guardian or adult (18 years of age or older) they attended church with. New families complete a short, electronic registration form. Once registered, the parent and child[ren] will receive a printed name tag and corresponding “guardian receipt” upon check in. The guardian must present the “guardian receipt” to a Children’s Ministry volunteer at checkout. These measures help us appropriately care for your child and assure that they are only released to the adult who checked them in, or someone designated on the registration form.
